Length of route: The route is approximately 3.9 kilometers long.
Environment: The Lower Mountain is situated in the Recreation Area De Nedereindse Plas, which is managed by The Stichtse Groenlanden. The municipality of Utrecht owns the recreation area.
Nature of the route: The 3.3 kilometer long route is quite technical in nature. It contains short steep cliffs, sharp hairpin curves and steep descents. Good switching and braking are essential to this route.
