Brüche & Bäche ab Altenau

Very difficult day trip with 2 steep climbs | Special signposting in the national park, many hikers | Some short trail-passages, medium-heavy | Drive through Altenau | B 4 is crossed twice - crossing Marienteich! | Truck traffic on Steinbruchstraße and on Okerstausee. The route leads uphill and downhill through typical forests. It goes to the peaks at Torfhaus, down to the Radau waterfall, again uphill along the Marienbruch and to a quarry, finally down to the Okertalsperre - and from there back to the starting point.
